I am a highly adaptable, quick learner with over 6 years of experience, always eager to take on challenges. I firmly believe in “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard” and “When better is possible, good is not enough”. My core values include integrity, a thirst for knowledge, and unwavering commitment. I am passionate about engineering and my expertise lies in developing multilingual and multi-modal chatbots using Oracle Digital Assistant and Amazon Lex, underpinned by strong analytical and reasoning skills. I worked for Costco Retail, Spirit Airlines, Sirius XM, Queensland University of Technology, University of Adelaide and others.

I have successfully developed and delivered chatbots for multiple channels including Apple Business Chat, Google Business Messenger, Slack, Facebook and web. Providing solutions to complex customer problems is what I enjoy doing the most.

In my free time, I like to dance, cycle and click pictures of my cute little toddler. I also enjoy listening to music.
